The LP-284C, from the Poseidon series by Leofoto, features a number of unique properties which protect against corrosion when used in wet conditions. Those parts of the tripod legs and rubber feet which may regularly come into contact with water are made of titanium. Titanium is known for giving good protection against corrosion - even in seawater. In addition, the legs are waterproof thanks to the new TwistLock locking system. By keeping water, sand, or fine gravel out of the locking mechanism, the tripod will always remain in top condition, which in turn ensures that it is low-maintenance.
