Brackets for small telescopes used for tracking control.
Guide scope rings hold guide scopes that are mounted parallel to the primary optics. These guide scopes are equipped with a crosshair eyepiece or camera to precisely track the mount. In order to achieve this, the guide scope must be pointed at a guide star. This requires a certain manoeuvrability of the guide scope, which is ensured by the design of the guide scope rings.
