As early as the fourth century BC, the Greek philosopher Plato was thinking about the Earth’s perfect form. This globe by the young designer Louise Onken is just as perfectly formed.

A magnet attaches the 280 x 250 millimetre globe to its solid 180 x 180 x 40 millimetre oak base, allowing the globe to be rotated or even removed as required.
