The Wanderer ETA M54 is an innovative electronic tilt and back focus adjuster with an ultra-thin 5mm thickness, designed to provide maximum precision in optical alignment. Ideal for demanding astrophotographers, it eliminates the need for difficult and imprecise manual adjustments, allowing for remote tilt and back focus correction.
Thanks to its unique structure, the Wanderer ETA M54 occupies only 5mm of back focus when directly mounted on an OAG or camera via screws. Weighing just 470g, its dual-layer nested design ensures no light leakage.
55mm Back Focus Compatibility
When installed with a compatible OAG or camera, the Wanderer ETA M54 maintains the standard 55mm back focus, ensuring compatibility with most optical systems.
Three-Point Electronic Tilt Adjustment
The system features three independent adjustment motors and three high-precision encoders, offering:
- 1.2mm adjustment travel
- Motor resolution of 0.005 microns per step
- Positioning accuracy up to 2 microns
This provides unmatched precision, making it ideal for fast focal ratio systems and large-format sensors, significantly outperforming traditional manual tilters.
