Helion 2 XP50 Pro unprecedented thermal sensitivity
The thermal imaging sensor with NETD <25 MK guarantees perfect detail recognition even in the toughest weather conditions when thermal contrast may be low. The smallest temperature differences will be clearly visible whether in rain and fog or on cold mornings, under the most difficult conditions for thermal imaging cameras.
Highly sensitive 640x480 pixel @12µm thermal imaging sensor
A sharp, high-contrast thermal image ensures the enhanced identification of a wild animal, individual body parts and even the smallest objects such as twigs, leaves, grass and terrain.
Observation range 1,800 metres
The fast f50/1.0 lens together with the professional 640x480 @ 17µm sensor promises excellent scope to detect the target object. A standard 1.8m tall object can be detected from a distance of 1,800m in absolute darkness.
Image detail boost function
Original software function for improved object rendering in the area of observation. Image detail enhancement significantly increases the sharpness of the visible object, thereby clearly identifying contours and displaying small object details (twigs, dry wood, wire) in the field of view together with areas with low temperature differences. This function is particularly important for the qualitative determination of trophy animals when hunting.
Variable magnification 2.5x -20x
The digital zoom with up to 8 times magnification provides improved focus and the better detection of distant objects. Featuring both 2x step zoom or continuous zoom to obtain a truly optimum field of view adapted to the specific situation.
Built-in photo and video recorder
The integrated recorder allows the recording of a video sequence or a photo of a unique moment. Lightly press the REC button to start recording. The memory holds up to 16 GB of videos and photos that can be shared with friends and acquaintances.
8 colour palettes
The choice of 8 colour palettes makes the observation process even more convenient and enables different tasks to be performed and to react to changing observation conditions. White Hot, Black Hot and Red Hot are ideal for detecting objects, Rainbow and Ultramarine help increase the chances of recognition and identification. Red Monochrome, Sepia and Violet are best suited for longer periods of night time observation.
Wi-Fi. integration with IOS and Android devices
The built-in Wi-Fi module assures the connection of the thermal imaging camera to Android and iOS smartphones or tablets. The combination of smartphone and thermal imaging camera gives the user unique opportunities, such as streaming video, downloading video and photo files, and firmware updates.
High-capacity, quick-change battery (up to 8 hours of power with a single charge)
Quick-change, rechargeable battery packs provide enough power for up to 8 hours of continuous operation. With a battery pack, the device can run for a whole night without needing to replace it. Any standard external power supply with a micro USB connection can be used. An optional double-capacity IPS14 battery is also available, as is a battery case for LR6 (AA) batteries.
Helion 2 XP50 Pro What's new?
Fast objective lens
The properties of the thermal imaging device have a significant influence on the device's ability to detect the very slightest changes in heat radiation. In combination with highly sensitive sensors, the Helion 2 XP50 Pro thermal imaging camera's fast (f50/1.0) lens offer the highest detection efficiency. In rain or fog, when the temperature contrast of the observed objects is minimal, the user of the Helion 2 XP50 Pro always has a high-quality, detailed, high-contrast and informative image at his disposal.
Shock-proof magnesium alloy housing
The lightweight magnesium alloy housing is characterized by its high structural rigidity and resistance to external mechanical and climatic influences. The thermal imaging camera's housing material effectively removes and dissipates heat generated by the operation of the electronic components, thus guaranteeing stable operation and high image quality during long periods of observation.
Full-colour HD AMOLED display
The new 1024x768 HD AMOLED display features improved colour reproduction, low power consumption, high contrast and a fast response time, and delivers clear and consistent images when observing on the move or in freezing conditions.
