Pushfix 2"/ ¼" reducer adaptor with only 1mm of optical length. The Pushfix offers three separate possibilities for inserting 1¼" accessories.
1. As normal, with side clamping screw and brass clamping ring
2. With recessed screws for permanent clamping using the brass clamping ring
3. With three Delrin pressure screws, set at 120°, which can be adjusted by the user to allow, for example, inserting an eyepiece against light resistance and then changing eyepiece without having to use a clamping screw.
Our expert comment:
This inexpensive reducer has a wide range of applications. It is a minimal addition and will not cause any focusing problems. The telescope-side front end includes a 48mm filter thread for taking a 2" nebula filter and a T2 thread. This even allows the entire assembly to be screwed onto any T2 thread.
