MINOX WILDLIFE CAMERA DTC 650
For some time now, wildlife cameras have been used for observation, recording and researching wildlife and have become an indispensable tool for gamekeepers and nature watchers alike. MINOX has expanded the DTC (Digital Trail Camera) wildlife camera series and has introduced the new DTC 650.
As with the previous model, the DTC 600, the new DTC 650 is small and easy to handle. The DTC 650 is equipped with an improved image sensor, now enabling video recordings in HD resolution. The characteristic MINOCTAR lens provides nearly distortion-free images, guaranteeing perfectly sharp and high contrast videos and photos. With a range of up to 15 m (approx. 49 feet), the 60 LEDs provide reliable images, even in bad lighting. The powerful IR-flash is covered by a specially developed black filter to make the flash completely invisible to animals and people when an image is being made. An improved multi-zone PIR motion sensor now provides more flexibility and efficiency while recording. The IR-sensor can be individually adjusted to avoid unwanted recordings like the movement of branches, grass or other irrelevant objects. The fast trigger release of less than 0.5 second, a battery life of up to 6 months and very easy to use menu navigation make the new DTC 650 a reliable recording device for prolonged outdoor use. All data is saved on an external SDHC memory card and can be directly displayed on the 2'' true colour TFT display or transferred via the USB port. Protected by a sturdy and waterproof plastic body, the interior electronics remain completely unharmed by water, dust, cold and heat. Furthermore, the camera can be secured with a padlock and easily attached to a 6V port.
