Temperature probe for Celestron smart dew protection controls

Using this accessory, you can use the smart dew protection controls to supply the correct amount of heat to the telescope’s lens in order to prevent dew without wasting energy.

Connect your heated ring to the telescope and place the sealed temperature probe tip beneath the heated ring. Insert each cable into the relevant port on the heated dew-prevention control system.

Please note: This temperature probe is not required when using a Celestron heated dew-prevention ring as the ring contains a built-in temperature probe.
