NightSpotter MR
The NightSpotter MR is simply mounted onto the front of the lens of your usual daylight optics. An optional mounting adapter means that attaching the NightSpotter MR night vision device is extremely simple. With the eyecup included, it can also be used as a monocular night vision device (however this is of limited use because the NightSpotter MR does not have its own eyepiece unit. It relies on the eyepiece in the daylight optics). Your daylight optical instrument become a night vision device. Its small and compact diameter allows it to be mounted onto virtually all common daylight optics. The usable zoom range of your daylight optics increases 1-6x with very high quality, and even at up to 10x it will still deliver a usable image. This means that you can observe targets at short range as well as at longer ranges without a problem.
The multi-coated optics prevent reflections and create a pleasantly high-contrast image. The optics are particularly suitable for use in the open field.
Possession is legal!
For each NightSpotter MR and NightSpotter X, the manufacturer will provide you with a copy of the BKA assessment notice that these devices are not "prohibited objects" as defined by the German weapons law section 2 paragraph 5.
This means that the acquisition, possession and use for observation purposes in combination with daylight optics (such as binoculars, spotting scopes, or camera lenses) is permitted.
Warning!
According to current legislation, use in combination with a riflescope is only permitted in Germany with approval from the authorities. If you are planning the use this device for hunting outside of Germany, please check the applicable local laws.
